My partner and that I purchased fresh furnishings from Bill Cox in January. 1 week after setting it up house the sofa pillows began to destroy. After mulitple telephone calls (together pulling people backwards and forwards) worrying concerning the furniture nothing continues to be completed 2 weeks later! They WOn't substitute the sofa or provide us a return. Alternatively they would like to upgrade the whole sofa! The "supervisor" was beyond rude plus they do not appear to worry about obtaining repeat clients or maintaining their present clients satisfied! I'll never purchase from their website again and that I ensure that you inform everyone about my terrible experience!
