We bought a sizable sectional using their "Worry-Free" guarantee - both choices were a large mistake. Among the assistance cafes was bent, a well known fact which wasnot apparent till it clicked through the plastic mat and began gouging our wood floor. Marlo required many months of recurring calls before they organized with an inspector emerge for that guarantee - who looked over the harm stated it'd be changed. Marlo subsequently declined to support the couch, stating the statement was imperfect. Whenever we did not disappear, they "abruptly" had an entire statement stating "client misuse". Centered on this, they'd shut our situation without telling people so when requested stated that would not do something for all of US once we had somehow bent this heavy steel service club ourselves. A BBB criticism later, they delivered a brand new inspector, who stated it was typical delivery harm, plus they might substitute the club (not the couch).
