I went for an oil change today at Jiffy Lube on Apache Trail in Apache Junction Arizona today.
I was greeted by Nick who was very polite and friendly. After about five minutes he had come to me to go over some details. He had seemed very knowledageable about mechanic work. Nick had a great tone and offered me discounts on "recomended services" My oil change was completed what seemed like five minutes later. After the oil change, I had gone home and verified all the work was done. The only problems where that my tire caps where not all the way tightened and that my glove box was properly put back togeather by who was wearing the red shirt. I stopped back by and was again greeted by Nick. He quickly corrected the problem and wiped down the passanger and driver seat for me along with the glove box. This was great customer service and I will be sure to call and ask when Nick is working for my future oil changes. He will make an outstanding manager someday.
