Worst company ever! Don't i repeat don't actually get anything from this store
I purchased two brown "leather" couches BUT RATHER I obtained 1 brown and 1 BLACK-PLASTIC couches! They WRONGLY PROMOTE their goods.
So that they sent me the incorrect garbage, all I'd need to do is return the crap and obtain my money-back right?
Not at All the situation, they required me to deliver them images of the couches then when I attempted to concern send them for their tackle, they did not take it also it was delivered back again to me. Jennifer from results might email me and after I'd respond, no reaction!
TODAY they're stating they've to cost me a restocking charge of $176 along with a silly delivery charge of $391.20 and certainly will just provide me CREDIT!
Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody in their right mind should ever get anything from cymax! You'll either end up getting whatever they feel like sending you and lose your cash.
