Have not received slipcovers in four months

I requested my slipcovers out of this organization on December of convinced that I'd have them by mid-December or, in the very newest, prior to the New Year. Once the breaks arrived and went, I approached the shop. That is after I discovered that these were along the way of shifting the company from the nation. Not really outofstate but, from the nation, to become more "aggressive" and "present greater costs for their clients." Atleast that is exactly what the email that I received stated. They never delivered my telephone call. Actually that I believe they understood of the upcoming transfer and possible wait and didn't advise me at that time of purchase and, I am assuming they didn't advise other clients both. On that email that I obtained at the start of the entire year, I had been educated that because of their move and backlog of purchases, I had been likely to obtained my slipcovers in middle-Feb. It's today March 8 and that I haven't gotten them. All my efforts at calling the organization have already been useless. After I deliver them emails all I get is just a computer-generated reaction, stating that customer support may contact me in a couple of days. Months passed and so they never do. I hava also remaining communications and, nothing. At this time, I've resigned myself not to obtain my slipcovers or my cash back. Should younot wish to feel the same task, DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THE CORPORATION. You'll regret it. I definitely have.
