I ordered two slipcovers for my full size sofa and love seat. I spoke with Steve and he took all the information down. I explained that one was a sleeper sofa with a full size bed. I asked specifically if he needed the measurements. He assured me that he had what he needed. The slipcovers arrived in June. The large sofa fit perfectly but the sleeper sofa was about 1 foot short. I immediately contacted Steve and he said he would look into it. I talked with him several times in the following weeks and he assured me that he would take care of the problem. He told me that the problem was that there were two sleeper sofas made by Mitchell Gold and that he had the specifications for the smaller one. He was going to order the correct size. This was in July. I have tried to contact him since then multiple times but he will no longer answer my calls or respond to my emails. I have no other recourse but to file a complaint.
