Complete nightmare

To start, I went in to the Fremont, CA shop to search for Furniture on 9/19/08. They annoyingly stalked me in the minute I strolled in, and so I chose to allow one of these show me around. I ultimately picked some furniture I preferred, and proceeded to possess them draft the right paperwork. Humorous, I thought we were within the computer era... It took the salesman MORE THAN 2 1/2 hours to accomplish our paperwork (you'd have believed he was carrying it out Fred Flintstone design t / a sort and chisel on the concrete pill, provided just how long it required!) I will have observed that like a red-flag! The Sellers GUARANTEED me it'd Have A WEEK FOR THE MOST PART to truly have the products shipped (which, I am currently certain was only a sales tactic)! I received no-call from the end-of the following week and so I got the amount for that "Corporate Care Heart" and once they discovered me within their program (my title was joined incorrect) she explained they anticipated the furniture could be at their submission center by that Friday plus they might contact to setup a period for shipping. I obtained no-call, all over again, and so I named them, simply to notice the furniture have been postponed, also it was handed a brand new arival time of the next Friday. I had been really annoyed, since by this time around I'd gotten gone my furniture and had nothing in my own family room! Following a large amount of backwards and forwards, she begrudgingly provided me a reimbursement of the shipping cost ($129) I currently had prepaid! I acknowledged that and waited. I had been named at the conclusion of the following week stating they just had 1/3 of my sofa (sofa was 3 items, evidently it is sent to the submission centre piece by item). I informed her I needed the things they had accessible thus she put up a shipping for that Sunday. I had been provided the 4pm - 8pm screen, therefore there I waited, and waited... They turned up @ 9:15pm!!! I had been now livid, but didn't remove it about the deliverymen, I waited to get hold of the "customer service centre" but needed to wait until Wednesday since they're shut on Saturday and Friday. They apologized for that delayed shipping and provided me a ($100) gift-card... Gee thanks... Something special card to invest in a shop I dislike! I'd to hold back still another week for that remaining furniture to reach in the submission heart and obtain a phone... For all those of you keeping course this can create four weeks waiting on furniture which was to take-1 week! Sooo, the girl in the submission centre provides me the day screen plus they appear promptly. Because they are desperatly wanting to reduce my furniture off the vehicle (simply because they don't have any liftgate), they're scraping it across the back of the vehicle and reducing it towards the floor having a thud; fortunately the furniture seemed to be unscathed. Each goes to consider the final product off the vehicle and that I recognize immediately it's exactly the same item I curently have, using the supply about the right-side (incredible)!! I request the hardly english-speaking team to go back and go to contact the shop I bought it from. It's more straightforward to consult with the local mind of condition, than to consult with the Store-Manager, but after making me to do something just like a total b*tch, they provide him a note to contact me. He does, and guarantees me this isn't how they conduct business (yes, right) and he'll contain it redelivered. It was not adequate enough for me personally after all of the waiting and absurd support I'd indured, therefore following a several risks, on my component, he decided to remove ($185 - their maximum, he explained) for that cost of my furniture, and deliver still another horrible gift-card ($100). WHOA! He promises me they'll find the best item and provide it in my experience in 2 times once the factory is available. That provides me to nowadays - 10/21, today they appear using the SAME f ing item AGAIN, using the proper arm-rest, after I obtained a phone that day in the supervisor who had been certain he'd the remaining item (I created him verify!) How does this occur??? I contact to inform the supervisor the most recent information and he informs me he'll create some calls to find the best item and certainly will WITHOUT A DOUBT provide it today! I wait 2 1/2 hours simply to be named by some flunky in the corporate middle, who understood nothing about my scenario or its emergency. She might have cared less when she explained they'll not have the ability to provide today and certainly will need to take it tomorrow (I've nothing more straightforward to do, but stay around awaiting them aparently)!!! We Will need to observe what additional madness I'll indure tomorrow! Point-of account, if you've been kind enough to see everything - NEVER store at Ashley or it is affiliates, until you need it to occur for you! I've investigated a good deal in my own holding out nowadays, and discovered sooo many horror tales! Lord, I hope I'd completed my research with this location! Lesson learned, that is without a doubt, and also the unfortunate point is, I actually donot have all my furniture however! Who knows what else may happen or exactly what the furniture-quality may come out to become! Exactly what a total headache!!!
