Good and easy... We purchased a movie system from Bob's Furniture. Listed here is how our encounter unfolded:
* September 1st 2009 - Movie system we purchased was shipped with problems.
* Oct 17th - Serviceman visited to correct the harm. Serviceman recognized an upgraded movie system was required.
* Oct 31st 2009 - an upgraded arrived broken. It wasn't approved.
* Nov 7th - Another alternative arrived broken. This despite Frank's Furniture informed use-they might examine the alternative within their factory before it had been delivered to us. It wasn't approved.
* Nov 21st 2009 - 8 weeks later we approved a 30% reimbursement on our unique movie console price but we'd to stop our suppliers warranty state to be able to understand this discount on our video system.
We shall NEVER purchase something from Frank's Furniture again!!! Get sucked in.
