In August i purchased a couch from eshopuk via ebay.co.uk. After a few months, the couch began fallen apart. I sent eshop plus they requested to deliver picture of the harm. After delivering the picture, they guaranteed to obtain back again to me however they never did. I named them-and was informed they're awaiting the end result. I'd delivered plenty of emails but no replies. I tried contacting them after some months their telephone was'nt working. Till day i, michael still awaiting the 12 months manufacturer guarantee they guaranteed.
