On August 11 I bought fresh furniture for my child's room. None of the furniture was designated to be "for sale". After my purchase, the furniture went "for sale" atleast twice. The cost, however, is definitely exactly the same. HOM includes a plan of refunding the distinction between purchase prices and normal costs. Sadly, this plan appears to be useless, whilst the cost for that furniture, atleast in this instance, whether it's "for sale" or not, is definitely exactly the same. Evidently what HOM does is occasion some fictious price they discount from, producing a "purchase" price that's just like the standard value.
