Like a number of other complainants, I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest company king-size bed that began to drop and trigger back discomfort inside a couple of years of purchase. After 2 yrs, I ultimately chose to change the bed.
However, I do not have the initial paperwork, but when used to do, I Would be processing an FTC issue.
Exactly What A bit of expensive trash!
