Support, they explained we used the wrong stuff onto it.
So that they couldn't repair we're able to not return. We purchased promise for several years, never a problem. Did some checking
And discovered the fine oriental hardwood theytold us was rubber-tree timber, gentle and useless. Did more looking into the leather we were going to but couch and love-seat, do yourselves a favor and investigation bi-cast leather. Against regulations to market as leather in europe and new zealand. Sales repetition informed us it was better than top-grain trigger it's a thin layer of polyurathane on it. Then exactly why is it listed virtually exactly the same??? Beware!
Won't buy there again... T.K.
