I have THREE Ativa CX10W shredders and two of them are nothing more than JUNK. I would not recommend this brand to anyone or any business. We spend more time unclogging them than shredding. After about 10 pages at two at a time, it overheats, clogs up and quits. Never again will I purchase any Ativa products!!
