It's now been EIGHTEEN weeks since original filing of claim, THREE follow-ups to the company, and still no refund on a defective paper shredder that broke less than two months after purchase - WELL under the time promised to be covered under warranty. I even complained two weeks ago to the Better Business Bureau which caused an email from Office Depot -the parent company - promising me that a refund check would be sent. Still nothing. More run-around.
NEVER will purchase from Office Depot again. Several of their stores closing nationwide&no surprise there.
