HORRIBLE customer service - Bulle Pendant Light

Complaint / review text:
Ordered a very expensive light from here. It was on back order and they did not give me an estimated ship date. It arrived while i was away on vacation. When i returned, i opened the box to see the light was damaged in transit and looked nothing like it did in the picture online. I called them to get a return label and asked that it be replaced - they said it was past the 7 day return policy and refused to take it back! I explained i was on vacation when it arrived and they refused to do anything for me. Worst example of customer service i've ever encountered.
