My partner & I bought a brown leather sectional on or around Oct. 12th 2007. After about 2 weeks, my spouse lay down, and there is a great audio, and also the sofa decreased. As well as the additional item sank whenever you lay inside it. I named ASF, plus they sent anyone to view it, the man established they didn't provide us enough thighs, therefore today the sofa is damaged, (we're keeping it up having a wooden block). I requested this person, what goes on today, in the place of him contacting ASF, and changing our sofa, he explained they'd need to do the repair. Good, therefore we delay 3 wks, but nonetheless nothing. I contact ASF again, they'd to deliver another person out to "lool" at it, trigger another man did not place in a study. We're today at the conclusion of January. We named ASF and questioned when the parts were in, it was around Feb. 5th, we believed to the woman about the telephone, that people were informed it'd consider about 3 - 4 wks to-order the components. She stated "oh no, it requires considerably longer than that", however they might contact us. It's today September 12 but still no telephone call. I'm likely to deliver an email today for their corporate workplace. This is the way I acquired them to deliver somebody the first period.
