Terrible experience

I bought a Wickes mixture sofa and king mattress with two recliners in July. We'd a hot water heater flow and floor and rug needed to be changed so sofa/mattress wasn't shipped until June 15. I'm still spending Citifinancial for this chaos. All of the products dropped from the mattress and that I had hip surgery and needed the couch. It requires a muscle guy to obtain the couch out after which somebody needs to drive it back to position since I can not get it done... I've attempted to get hold of the amount (626) 534-1104 X 104 Wickes offered me to obtain the mattress fixed by Simmons to no avail... Whatever you get is definitely an answering machine. I do want to quit spending money on this bit of garbage but obviously it'll damage my credit... I want somebody available may help me.
