Discuss a screwed-up company; Amercan furniture Factory is just a disorganized and shady company. I bought family room and dining area furniture in 12/07, I recievied the family room established promply in addition to the seats for that dining area collection and recognized the table wouldn't be shipped till mid-march 08. Well it didnt arive, I named AFW plus they said the cargo was postponed till mid-April EXCELLENT! Exactly what a Laugh! I Received a phone in the unique salesman 3/24 informing me the desk was in-stock but my purchase was fallen along with a credit was released to my bank account on 3/4??? Actually it had been. Today I've imported bar seats and seats that I can't look for a desk to complement. AFW agreed to choose them up and receive a credit but I'd not be returned the shipping costs. At virtually no time within the discussion did the salesperson request basically needed the desk which was presumably in-stock. I designed the intierior of my home-based on these finishes and AFW didn't make amends by any means. NeverAgain! I'm like have already been cheated. These disorganized fools have experienced the final of my company which expierience is likely to be distributed to buddies, household and everybody I understand that's contemplating acquisitions at AFW.
