Terrible customer service

Salesman rude. Kept making people once a preceding client delivered to choose extra products. 45 mins wasted awaiting her.

Whenever we were uncertain concerning the dimension of the big item, the saleslady advised us that people must purchase it anyhow due to the purchase, and there could be not a problem with return. Ha

First we'd to cope with the store-manager... After 5 telephone calls, it had been determined that I'd be permitted to return the furniture.

14 days it used area in my own house, despite them comprehending that I had been planned to possess rug set on that space. The 3rd week my spouse and boy needed to hire a dolly to consider the 3 large items out to my storage. An overall total of 3 months of trouble.

Today lastly, shipping day was established... Between 8am and 1pm on my day-off, an attractive evening that I really could have used outdoors with my loved ones.

At 2:45 pm, I obtained a telephone call declaring the males still had 3 stops in front of me. Good of these to contact, lastly! The small speech saying "I am sorry" intended nothing in my experience.

Thank heavens, I bought on the 30 days payment without any attention cost, and didn't spend them something. If it's that problematic for them to get their very own products, is it possible to consider how they'd be with returning my cash!?!
