Charged double, month-long delivery delay and no refund

Please don't believe these people, they are so pleasant at the beginning but after you pay for all your furniture the hard time just starts, to get your stuff delivered in good condition.
They charged double for all my stuff although we agreed on the price before. They took more than one month to deliver a lot of stuff, they took my money, did not exchange my chair and did not give my money back!!!
