I have always used Lysol in my home. Recently my cat urinated on my leather sofa. I had a bottle of Lysol All Purpose Cleaner on hand and read the container twice before using it to clean up the animal waste. No where on the labeling did it indicate NOT to use on soft surfaces, as your customer service indicated! I have used other brands of all purpose cleaner to clean my leather sofa, with no damage, but when I sprayed Lysol on the area, within seconds this cleaner bleached out my sofa leaving spots that are unrepairable. I was shocked! My expensive leather sofa now is destroyed. Please provide feed back as soon as possible for a resolution.
