We had to move ourselves from Maryland to Texas! They were supposed to show up "June 27th or 28th". On the 28th they changed it to the 29th. On the 29th they changed it to the 30th between 12:00 & 5:00 and gave us the truck drivers number. On the 30th we could not reach a supervisor (after requesting numerous times we were always sent to voicemail), and the truck driver said the truck broke down, he still had to go to NJ, and then would be in Maryland by 10:00 pm. (We had vacations plans to leave early morning on the 30th!) We finally reached a supervisor around 7:30 pm, and he assured us that the driver would be there, failure was not an option, even it was midnight, the driver would be there without fail. (We had an obligation to have the house clean and empty NO LATER than June 30th). Well, the driver called about 10:00pm and said he couldn't come until the next day (July 1st) at 12:00pm - we said forget it, we can't trust your company anymore. Needless to say, we had arranged plan B on the afternoon of the 30th, which was to rent a U-Haul & car carrier for Monday morning. We had to recruit friends to help us load and move ourselves. So much for our leisurely vacation of driving through the mountains. We ended up hauling the equivalent of an 18 wheeler, straight hwy, to our Smoky Mountain cabin rental. It was an absolute NIGHTMARE dealing with this absolutely undependable moving company. They seemed shocked and surprised when we cancelled. GO FIGURE! Now we're fighting to get our deposit back. I would choose ZERO stars if I could. What was to be a lovely, romantic getaway, turned out to be a BIG PAIN IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT, thanks to this worthless moving company.
