This is a really attractive Futon, variety of colors and hinge arm system. I bought mine in Sept. Unfortunately it has a welded fence mesh for the pad seat. It not strong enough for sitting or lounging. It lets go from the frame and sinks on one or both seat sides. It would be nice if they included a heavier piece to go over it for support. The store your buy it from may or may not help. Some refer you to National Furniture Alliance. They do not seem to be in a hurry to fix, replace or help. I now waiting over a week. Have a futon couch that not usable. I rather not have to take future action and will allow Co to make a suggest. Replacement may result in the same issue due to the type of mesh used. Online support responds sometimes and phone not much help.
