I never had such good customer service about a credit/debit card as I did today with target. After I called the REDcard help number I had a simple menu with only like 4 options that I had to press a number to select. Soo much better than listening to 100 options then having to say something to a machine! And even better - one of the options was a live person! Awesome! I hit "0" and within seconds I'm telling the guy the last 4 of my social & last 4 digits of my card. Less than 5min after I dial the customer service # I'm discussing my problem - a possible duplicate charge on my card - with a knowledgeable person who is very helpful and courteous, comparing the receipts of the charges and explaining to me what happened. Within 10-15min of calling, issue resolved and I'm very happy to be a loyal customer:)
