Depot Giants-Worst Customer Service

I had transitions from Depot Giants appear on my credit card that I didn't authorize. I didn't receive an email saying that I bought the product. I emailed the company saying I didn't authorize the charges. This was their response copied and pasted directly:

First off all, please get your self familiar with using credit cards.

If it was declined, its called a pending charge that does not go through and clears within few days.

I have no control over that.

The employee also made a rude remark about my job, having clearly Googled my name, which I find completely offensive. Please do not shop here. This will be how you are treated.
