I paid for white glove service and when the bed came they already had the frame pre-assembled so it didn't fit and the drivers obviously did not know how to take it apart to fit.
I requested a refund on 12/20 and was told I should receive it in a few business days. On Jan 3 I tried calling the (877) 210-2363, which is saying "Thank you for calling AT&T" so I sent an email again and put in a dispute with my bank.
