Nocito did take -2- (two) Non Accredited
(Audited) Baking classes at; The French Culinary Institute
Nocito "never graduated" nor did he graduate at the “top of his class”
from the The French Culinary Institute
with any formal degree as claimed.
Note: “Audited Class” are non degreed.
Presently, there no records from any accredited NY school codifying
Nocito’s claim that he graduated at the top of his class
during the past 20 years..
In conclusion; Anton Noicto has:
- No Culinary Degree from any recognized
cooking or food institute
- No 4 year academic college degree
- No professional executive cooking experience
We found Nocito did work at;
12 different entry level cooking jobs over a 10 year span
as a short order line cook.
Mostly in small restaurant type delis.
His employed position rarely lasted more than a year.
