I Go To A large amount of Starbucks. I love the environment and also the individuals are truly good tome.
Which was till I visited the Starbucks on 749 Lincoln Street, Miami Beach, FL.
I went in at around 7:30 AM also it was not really active. I had been the only real person in-line. The male barista welcomed me really pleasant.
I asked to get a high mug of heated water since I'd a VIA (that I really purchased from that Starbuck two days preceding). He explained "certain."
The supervisor who had been behind him went to put the new water and stated (in an exceedingly sharp tone) "I Will provide you with a little mug."
In the beginning I believed she was providing me a little mug since this is the dimension thatis suggested having a VIA.
And So I mentioned, "oh no, are you able to please provide me a high since itis also powerful in a little mug for me".
She again broke back and stated, "NUMBER. I will provide you with a little."
I had been surprised. Another baristas appeared surprised too. It had been rude and truly uncalled for. I still do not know why she not just refused me but really was mean about this.
I really donot understand why she did that. The only real description I may think about is basically because perhaps the way in which I was fitted (I was sporting a collared top however it was wrinkled) (But Iam on holiday in Miami Beach)
Or since Iam dark and he or she believed I was not anybody crucial.
Or all of the above.
I believe it had been all the above.
The supervisor's title is Danny Taylor. I'd as an apology from her for awkward me before those individuals. Easilyam not provided an apology, Iam likely to examine if it was the very first event this supervisor as of this shop has already established of course if I discover it's then I'll consider steps to fix the problem.

I'd as an apology from that store-manager along with a free high caffeine from her since I have needed to drop the road and obtain one from another Starbucks.
I really hope corporate is more pleasant than this supervisor was at starbucks.
