I've been A NORMAL Starbucks client since roughly 2006. Normally I've possibly invested $150 each week at Starbucks ever since then. I listed due to their Benefits plan and, actually because joining my card, I've invested, atleast, $200 which was not placed on the card. The point is, OBVIOUSLY the benefits mail informs me that the cappuccino drink drops underneath the free replacements in a same-store visit. However, after I went for my refill incentive in the Starbucks within the Safeway shop within the 3000 block of East Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona nowadays, I had been informed from the Starbucks worker and supervisor that NO warm coffee or caffeine beverage is roofed, regardless of the mail I've from Starbucks declaring otherwise. It's DEFINITELY incorrect and deceptive for all of US to get written claims from Starbucks and, then, at their shop to become informed hard luck.

I'd like the Safeway Supervisor and also the Starbucks supervisor in the shop to get a training within the guidelines. And, actually, a buddy of mine Shannon Kline, has encounter the exact same kind issues with hot coffee beverages. She was informed in a diverse shop that it just applies should you visit a "corporate-held" Starbucks.
