I'm shocked at how I had been handled today at shop # 0115 on de ave in kenmore, NY. I came through the drive thru at 10:55 pm, having a vehicle before me. The vehicle before me was offered, ans when I waited in the purchase selection... For all moments without any reaction in the host (despite recurring "hellois', the lamps were switched off on me, while I had been resting in the menu (having a vehicle however before me awaiting food.)... I proceeded forward till they obtained their food, and waited in the screen. The workers prevented me for all moments, and lastly found the screen. I questioned why they switched the lamps down on me... SHE mentioned that "they shut as the client before me had been offered." Thats not right. Is it since I'm older dark guy, and never worth your company??? Or, did she possess a party to go to. Regardless of the cause, SHE (didnt obtain a title) isn't worth being in your paycheck. I've never been handled such as this, particularly in this section of buffalo where foodservice institutions are good and appreciative of company. I'd like quality for this, normally I'll be calling every regional press store and information stop in the region to possess my tale communicated and think about the company that this regional arbys performs. I'm annoyed by this therapy, and need a phone or contact detailing why I had been handled like this. I definitely need to know why the bright guy before me was offered but I had been pressed away... All simply because they could not function quickly enough. That is ridiculous. I'll be calling to get a supervisor mon morning regarding this.
