I had been handled really poorly in the Newnan department nowadays (10/10/09). I came between 11:45- 11:50 in the drive-thru. The green-light was on and there have been 4 vehicles before me. After I got as much as the article, the teller switched in off and declined to answer my calls. The person alongside me was being assisted and so I questioned him to allow the teller realize that I'd been awaiting 20 units (That We had) which I acquired there before 12. Before he could easily get an entire phrase out-of his mouth, she dramatically stated "NO! We are shut. No! We are shut and switched off the check. I went up-to the building and informed a worker standing in the doorway what occurred and he or she stated that she could not allow me to in but might obtain a supervisor. I stood outside, along side another client who had been handled rudely and never assisted from the same teller who informed her that she wasn't there before 12 when she was there before me! We waited outside for half an hour while workers stood around inside speaking and looking at us. Lastly the supervisor arrived and just knodded while we informed her what had occurred, lastly I questioned her if she may help us and he or she stated we're able to create a deposit within the ATM. She provided no apology or regret for the remedy whatsoever. I'm really contemplating closing my balances and getting my business elsewhere. I've never been handled so terribly at any lender.
