0n 8/15/11; i purchased 1 mediterranean warm candy/whip-cream, 1 little bright dairy and 3 donuts for 6.58 including duty. Following day 8/16 i purchased 1 big warm candy, 1 big ice-tea, 1 little bright dairy and 3 donuts togo was informed by small lady it had been 7.86 passed her my credit card and was billed 17.86 for my purchase!!! Named shop told can not help me, why, you are able to get into yesterdays cronos and pull-up my purchase online and provide me back my overcharge should you actually desired to. Today I'll never purchase from you again and that I work on the supermarket outside and find out countless clients each day and certainly will inform my clients to not visit your cafe. Good customer support, the shop i work on we handle the client much better than this. I understand customer support, i work-in a person service centre, you receive greater customer service from National businesses.
