Incompetent management, insulting policies

Extension of prior criticism: I attempted many times to contact the area supervisor these week, but she doesn't reply her telephone, evidently postponing all client problems until late Friday days, that will be after I noticed from her next. I declined the phone call. Her concept guaranteed me-she might attempt to contact again, but didn't, till I quit her a note telling her of her dedication to do this. Lastly, some 2 or even more months because the February 3rd wait we talked. Karen Vance started by declaring that she'd voiced to Carrie Anne in the business and was conscious of the issue. I objected and recommended we go right from the start, because I'm the complaining client. I relayed anything to her, that we have contained in these articles, and criticized her for not getting the client's criticism first. Her prejudice was obvious. She didn't create any try to tackle the delayed starting, or the major privacy violations due to the toilet entry rule disaster and leaped directly into warrant Andrewis absurd issues. She stated "I am sorry you are feeling this way", which anyone might consider as another patronizing insult. One can't apologize for another's emotions. It's possible to just apologize for just one's own (or corporate) conduct. She could not understand that idea and continued regularly to warrant Andrewis infidelity, not gripping the substance of my outrage. I'm insulted that Andrew therefore very misinterpreted my sincere overtures. And, moreover, I'm incensed that Carrie Anne believes she's the expert to "handle" the client. Karen Vance apologized for nothing, and continued to arrogantly checklist in my experience the amount of issues she was "not likely to acknowledge we did something wrong". I wound up holding on her, while telling her that Starbucks has dropped a devoted client of 9 years. I called back again to corporate heaqdquarters in Dallas and extended my criticism, and, incidentally, that workplace maintains asking me to get a "situation quantity" and can't discover the background of my complaint by simply utilizing my given title. I'm not really a quantity, and that I am no employee suject to "corporate plan", and that I resent that no supply is perfect for this easy courtesy in Starbuckis "guidelines". I explained towards the lady in the criticism point that my grievances were developing (the Starbucks tarbaby) which I needed the chance to consult with 1) a guy, and 2) one that understood nothing about that problem till he noticed it from me. Starbucks, jointly, doesn't appear much thinking about the "client knowledge", appearing to prefer the organization crony edition of issues. Next I noticed from the local manager, A LADY called Tina, who named and quit a note overdue on the FRIDAY MORNING, stating that she'd voiced towards the area manager, Karen Vance, and was "Conscious Of the problem in San Rafael". I named her back, and undoubtedly she didn't reply, and so I quit a note. I advised her that she nevertheless hadn't noticed my "client knowledge" which I favored to consult with a guy about my criticism, recommending that the "conspiracy of hysterical feminism and corporate sycophancy was existing". Nobody from Starbucks has created any more work to make contact with me to fix this grotesque tale. I'll never set base in another Starbucks, or buy some of their goods. Actually, I'll get great problems to throw their administration, their insulting guidelines, as well as their inexperienced workers. Good riddance, Starbucks.
