I went through the drive thru after i got off work about 10:30 pm as i do many nights mainly because it is the only thing still open. I got my food and started home. Iget to the last bite and bit down on a screw. Which disgusted me. So i called the manager to explain what happened. She proceeded to tell me that she was on the line all night so she doesnt know how i got a screw in my food. I felt as if she was implying that i was lying. Ithen told if i did not live 30 min. Away i would bring it back and show her. She simply said well i dont know how to handle this you will have to call back tomarrow. She never appologized. She didnt offer to replace my food she didnt ask if iwas okay. I have worked in the food idustry all my life. I was even a fastfood manager for 6 years. This was the worst way possible to handle this situation. When i did try to call the next day i was told the general manager was not in. I feel like im just gettting the runaround here. Some responsability needs to be claimed here. Ihave contacted the corprate office via email. Im still waiting for a response.
