Stupid policy

Safeway has some worthless guidelines, but undoubtedly one of the most frustrating in my experience may be the exercise of trying to study your title off your bill when you take a look at and attempting to thanks, by title as you're venturing out the doorway. Really insincere. Really silly. They have to quit this at the same time.

Why? Well, to begin with, take a look at clerks are not probably the most savvy people on the planet so until your title is cruz or johnson, they're likely to mispronounce it. And because the title that seems using a shop "membership card" is usually incorrect, they contact people from the wrong title often.

I understand since I've both issues. I've the incorrect title on my membership card and it's evidently problematic for safeway workers to articulate though I actually donot begin to see the issue, truly (it is Voightlander). For that previous five decades, workers within the Santa Rosa, CA Safeway (4th Avenue) where I store have now been calling me that title. I let them know itis not me however they still do it. Plus they definitely butcher it each time. I have reached the stage where I simply response to it and often assist them using the pronunciation. Occasionally I Will provide a reason like, "Oh, it is Dutch.'" They simply nod, blankly.

It simply amazes me that some corporate guru believed it was advisable.
