I purchased a Twix candy bar. Ate 1/2 and found a live wormy bug in it! Sent an email to Mars and recieved a 'do not reply' emal back asking me to call an 800# btwn 8:30 and 5P.M. M-f et. I called. All reps in training says the message and disconnect me.
Wondering why MARS makes customers email and call in for complaints and then doesn't take the calls
