Repetitive Revenues Investments Inc. AKA M-M Mars - Distributors advertises vending machines and Mars Candy. They generally advertise in the classified section of big newspapers such as the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The company guarantee a return on your investments in 3 months and even guarantee how many turns you will get on each machine each day. They overcharge for the machines and fail to deliver machines in a timely manner.
I sent the company a deposit of $2000.00 with the balance due when the machines are delivered. I was told on a number of occasions that my vending machines would be delivered on a certain date which never materialized.
After being told by their rep, Brett Saunders that they were placing my machines on a truck for delivery, I informed them that I was no longer comfortable with the way they do business. They have a "Hotmail" email address and one can never get anyone on the phone at their 866 number. You always get voicemail with a promise of a returned call.
After several phone calls and several emails, I finally got a response telling me that they went out of their way to work with me and that they would sned me a confirmation by November 23 for me to sign and send back to them. The company stated that after signing the confirmation, they would return my deposit.
As of today, 12/6/07, I have not received a confirmation from Repetitive Revenue Investments. Again I have left several phone calls and sent several emails and have yet to hear anything back from them. So, I don't have their overpriced machines nor have I gotten my money returned to me.
This company charges over $5000.00 for 8 small vending machines alledgely with the candy. I later found out that through a legitimate company you can get almost 3 times the machines for that same amount.
Please beware. Repetitive Revenue Investments / M-M Mars Distributors/investments is an absolute RIP-OFF.
I will not give up until I receive my money back.
