Bought 3 models of there cookware and was to premuim items-free 10 3/4 fluid electric pot, Home Device, & a slow-cooker bottom. Have phone often since March and not obtained once they stated they'd deliver out. Today it is May 9 never did get so when we been calling today they'll not return any calls, and of cource they never answer the telephone. They certainly were bought in a trade-show demonstration on 2,15 in the Millennium Centre in South Bend Indiana.
