We went to purchase meals and we had two orders, two were combos and one was just the big mac. The first order was a big mac combo no onions and extra sauce, the other one was just a big mac with extra sauce. The second order was a big mac combo light sauce and no pickles, well they put the both big mac combos on the first order and had the second right except they didn't put any sauce on it but didn't give us the big mac with extra sauce. When we tried to explain our orders we were getting the rush action and it'sl like they just grabbed a big mac (cold) and put sauce on it and gave it us, the cheese was not melted on none of the sandwiches. Also the fries were cold and when we asked if we could have a bbq sauce for the wait they told us that, that would be 25 cents. We feel the service and quality of the food was poor.
