We received a poor quality chocolate in three boxes with our order from the BELGIAN CHOCOLATE ONLINE. We contacted the customer service trying to refund or replace the bad chocolate and got one of the most unfriendly reply back. Here it is:
Dear Customer:
Thanks for contacting us.
All our orders are checked and leaving the warehouse in perfect condition.
All the products are packed and wrapped by the original factory.
When ever there has been some damages during the shipment, please contact the carrier.
All the orders leaving our warehouse are fully insured.
We are unable to issue a refund on your request, as already said in our previous email.
