Receiving products and being charged when I did not order!

I have canceled the original order 3 times and I am still receiving orders. I have requested them not to charge my credit card any more. The still are fraudulently charging to my credit card and ignoring my request. They have sent more than twenty bags of coffee since I requested them to stop immediately.
