Aliki Plased an order for several new printers and photo copiers, received second hand copiers wrong brand

I have been corresponding with copierscopiers for several months started with a small orderBut foolishly got talked into increasing it, took ages for the copiers to eventually arriveWhen they came I was stunned as I'd orders specific brands of printers and copiers brand newWhat I got was second hand machines that look like they been sold as a wholesale lotThe loss will almost break me-

I can't believe these people have got away with this and can still keep trading can the collectiveNumber of victims have some say in shutting them Down or at the least getting some compensation
