Com ripoffs took my money and I have no box

I ordered the deal they had on the internet on the 7th of Nov. 2001. I did not receive anything for over a month I tried to contact them to no avail. So I took my problem to the better business bureau, I had not hear from the bureau, but then I got the package from fed ex. And got my system installed watching satellite tv. But I just got a withdraw out of my account for 189.00 unauthorized of course. I had my bank cancel that withdraw. If you gave them your account number on the internet let your bank know not to let them have access to your account. Good luck
