The term "Customer Service" should not be used in the same sentence with Virgin Mobile, it is non existant. I bought two phones, activated one, my wife decided to wait until I tried mine, I could not make a phone call.in the middle of my yard I could not get a single bar. I tried it at work, downtown, not a single bar. After over a week of daily trips to Radio shack it was determined that their service did not work in this area. Although they said it should. I had to re-activate my old phone with verizon just to be able to call Virgin and cancel. They refunded the phones when they were received. However, their rep promised me a full refund on the $50 prepaid because I was unable to use it at all and for all the hassles and frustrations involved. After 10 days and no refund appearing, I called again. This time I was told that the rep had not processed the refund as promised, and now that the account was cancelled they could not process the refund. Basically he said tough! I am not dropping this, if I have to I will file small claims and force them to have someone appear!
