Dishonest handling of merchandise ripoff

My HP Ipaq was not working so i had to send it in to City Advantage. Before I sent it in, I had to report the condition of my Ipaq to the representative over the phone. I reported that my Ipaq did not have any scratches on it. I also have a clear plastice covering over the screen.

City Advantage claims that they received my Ipaq with scratches on it.

My dispute with City Advantage is that I should not be responsible for how their technician received my Ipaq when I reported it unscratched.

Also, something that City Advantage did not mention on... When I filed a compliant AFTER I received my Ipaq back, I noticed that the serial number on the back of the Ipaq is different than the serial number in the "identity" folder of my Ipaq.

Finally, the clear plastic covering is placed different that when I sent it in.

I just want the company, City Advantage, to resolve these issues because I take good care of my properties. I would like to be referred to an organization that can help me resolve these issues.

I appreciate the presence of this website, and their attention.
