I pre-ordered the Glas. T for the new iPhone 5. It took over a month for Spigen to deliver the screen protector. Weeks after the iPhone 5 launched. Then when I received it, it was not the correct length. If the home button was on right, the earpiece was half covered, and vice versa.
In the box they have a "100% Risk Free" "if by any chance it does not fit we will AUTOMATICALLY send you the revised product. There is no need to verify or return the product to us. You do not even need to contact us"...
Yeah, I contacted them, and they wanted verification of the order as well as a photo of the product on my phone. They also claimed that they already refunded me, then that I already have the revised item... Why would they tell me I would receive a revised item if this was the revised item?
I do not have a camera to take the picture with. And if I take it off my phone, it won't restick on there. These people are real A-Holes. They lie like crazy, and have the worst customer service.
Do not purchase from them! Buyer beware!!!
