After ordering several items for my husband's iphone, I was triple charged, but was not sent any order confirmation. Belkin's help site states that there will be no charge until the item ordered is shipped. Obviously, that was not the case. There was no telephone number with which to contact them, therefore, I emailed customer service about the problem as instructed. I have never heard from anyone, and that has been several days. I am very distraught over the total lack of interest and communication.
