National parts, AES National parts sent the wrong ECM, then still after 45 days later have not received any replacement

National parts sent out the wrong ECM for my vehicle, after returning the part is when the stories started... Ie, were shipping a new one today, it hasn't come in yet, were working on it, check back in a week, etc. Etc. Now after 45 days of original invoice date you would think I would have a part shipped by now, but no. After requesting a refund they informed me of only a partial refund, that the rest is non-refundable. (This company is a bad one stay away)
