This can be a FRAUD in my experience! Over per month before, I requested an item online with JC Penney. I've never requested online together before but I'd 4 gift-cards that I had a need to use and that I truly needed the product. Each card I'd was to get a whole of $40.00 ea. The sum total of the purchase was for $52.89. There have been 2 areas for gift-cards and so I employed 1 for $40.00 (price of the merchandise) and that I employed another for that stability of $12.89 (duty, delivery and handling).
