Purchase Olympus camera Aug 28th. Paid using PayPal. Auction says to wait 15 business days till shipment. Reponses to email inquiries indicated it was coming. Emailed 9-29 to indicate we has gone bankrupt (so he says) and that:
"I have lost my entire life's savings and I am now in the most dire straits of my life. I have a wife and two teenage children. This is the single worst event in my life other than my father's death years ago."
Cry me a river you jerk! He has no remorse and hides behind bankruptcy. He made me wait 33 days before sending me this email, so PayPal will do nothing since it is outside the 30 days.
Anyone scammed by this person who has not filed a PayPal claim (even after the 30-day) period should do it NOW! They need to get as many valid claims against this person to go after him.
